Our Mission is to provide an opportunity for East Longmeadow boys and girls of all ages to play soccer and to develop their individual and team soccer skills. ELSA promotes fair, safe play and offers leadership for all participants . Coaching efforts will be geared toward teaching soccer fundamentals, team play, and sportsmanship in a FAIR, SAFE and enjoyable environment with the emphasis on having FUN.
We recognize that in the heat of competition, emotions can run high. We sincerely hope that all participants, including players, coaches and fans, will strive to maintain a balanced perspective on the purpose of this program. We are here for the players, for their growth and development both as soccer players and as young adults.
We have a Zero Tolerance policy that all players and parents or guardians are asked to sign and adhere to every season.
